I have created an account on the Arenti App, how do I connect to the baby Camera?
1-Click the ‘+’ icon on the page & choose AInanny
2-Click the bottom “Button” & enter the correct wifi infor
3-Scan the QR Code on App at an appropriate distance
4-After the beep sound, Click the Button & Wait for 20 seconds, the Set up is Finished
What should I notice when connecting to the baby cam?
1-Make sure the red light is Flashing before setting up
2-The device only supports 2.4G, if the router is a Dual Band, please disable 5g, and then turn on 5g after the connection
3-Make sure the device and mobile phone are connected to the same Wi-Fi
How to pair the monitor to the camera?
1. Press Menu button on the monitor, and select the rightmost button – Camera.
2. Select the camera you need to pair.
3. Long press the camera pairing button until you hear the prompt tone.
4. Press OK button on the monitor screen to start pairing.
The color of indicator lights especially glaring in the dark room, how can i turn it off？
Yes, you can turn it off on the screen by following steps:
1-Press Menu button
2-Select the rightmost icon
3-Select “Light”
4-Select “Status Light” to turn it off

I got this monitor in September, and it works great for our usage:1. Perfect as an at-home monitor as well as for travel usage (i.e. AirBnB’s, apart hotels etc)2. Night vision is great3. Comes with white noise which is a bonus, if you haven’t got a white noise machine.The screen part of the monitor actually stopped working in December – I did drop it on occasion so I’m not sure if that is what caused it, but it seemed unrelated as it stopped working much later. My main reason for writing this review, is the incredible customer service I received from their support team (Cathy). I emailed them (support@arenti.com), after this issue occurred, and within 3 days I had a brand new monitor delivered to my door!I recommend this monitor.

I’ve been researching baby monitors for ages and came across the Arenti, had all the features I was looking for in a single device, which is very hard to find!!!, handheld monitor, mobile phone app, Wi-Fi connectivity, room temp monitor and alerts, cry detection, noise detection and movement detection. All of this added to Alexa enabled so we can show the camera on our Echo Show(s) around the house. Really easy to set up, long batter life on the handheld, super clear video with zoom and movement (up/down/left/right) WOW, what an awesome job Arenti have done here, this must easily be one of the best baby monitors on the market – we love it and so glad we took our time to find the right one for us!

I have bought this baby monitor and am very satisfied with the product. It does exactly what it says it does and we feel like our baby is safe with it. The instalation is easy, picture quality is amazing during day and night and we use the white noise option all the time as our baby loves it. I can also check on the baby when I miss her when I am at work via the app with is amazing. The baby monitor did start to malfunction, it would be on charge for hours and after unplugging it, it would drop down in charge and shutdown after maybe 15 minutes of unplugged time. I decided to go on the Arenti website and email them about it. I emailed late in the evening and received a reply when I woke up. They asked for some videos of the problem, sent them the videos and then also recieved a reply the following morning when I woke up (I live in UK). They offered to send me a new one straight away. Very happy with the customer service and the after care for this product. I though I was going to have major issues with it and/or would have to get a new baby monitor. Thank you very much Arenti!

I was impressed with quality of image and functionalities, but had to regrettably return this because camera barely tilts downwards (it seems it only goes down to 20 degrees max). It is not understandable how a company would spend money developing a good product like this, only for it to be almost un-usable because it cannot look down onto the cots. On their Amazon page, they seem to offer other cameras that tilt down but they are for looking at dogs! Why not offer this functionality for the baby cameras, even if you raise the cost by £10/$10? 1 star because of this.

The camera monitor set has been brilliant. It was easy to set up and easy to use. Unfortunately, the monitor stopped working after a month of use but the customer service was brilliant and they replaced it for us in no time.

Purchased this as it was much cheaper than many leading brands. Unfortunately we had an issue with the first camera (stopped connecting after 2 weeks) and Amazon were pretty useless and informed us we needed to contact the seller directly. Within 24hrs of contacting the seller, a replacement was dispatched which arrived a few days later. Fantastic customer service!Main Pro’s* connects to your mobile phone for up to date notifications such as cry detection or motion detection * motion detection – camera head physically moves with motion which is fantastic and something which leading branded cameras don’t offer!* Feed Reminder – Didn’t use this but great feature* Night LightThe biggest pro is the amazing camera quality. It completely blew us away. Would highly recommend to anyone! Also looks very cute!

This monitor does everything we need it to, very pleased with the functionality. Can use the app across multiple devices, the screen on the monitor is great, and it was pretty easy to set up.Worth noting to record video you need to buy a separate memory card and it can’t be over 32GB.We had a couple of issues but the customer service was fantastic when we emailed them. Very responsive and helpful. Firstly, there was meant to be a wall bracket in the box, which was missing. We were refunded the cost of another compatible bracket we bought separately. Then after two months the camera still worked great on the app but the monitor failed to connect. We were shipped another unit to replace the faulty one. Really happy with how quickly these issues were dealt with!Really pleased that we went with this monitor. I’m aware some others have a separate app subscription which means you have to keep paying for using the monitor beyond the initial outlay – that’s not the case here!

Had much lower expectations for this baby phone. It works very snappy, has great features and is highly configurable. We used it both at home, and during travels. The cloud connectivity allows you to monitor the baby when you are a bit far from it (e.g. went to the restaurant to grab a bite) while the dedicated monitor is perfect for when you are in the next room or close by. Having both options is handy if you do not have access to a wifi network or you need to use (for some reason) your mobile device.Has handy night light for night feeding or soothing the baby. Night vision is perfect. Cry detection and alerts are very handy. Overall I can’t really think of a downside.

Great monitor and customer service!
After doing tons of digging for a new baby monitor and having one that drove us crazy and didn’t last with our first baby (looking at you infant optics) I was very happy to find this one for our second baby. I originally purchased the camera and display screen package back in February 2023 and loved it so much that I went ahead and purchased an add on camera so that I could have one in each of my daughters rooms.After a few months the add on camera was having connection issues and I emailed customer service and they are sending me a new one! No hassle and very quick to help.I think this is one of the best baby monitors out there with so many awesome features and at a great price point. I love that I have the option of viewing it from my phone or the monitor screen. Not to mention it’s adorable. Very happy with my purchase!

Works decently, night light is a nice addon, app is decent
This baby camera does the job and it has surprisingly nice features to it. Unfortunately with all camera white, it does yellow and such if exposed to the sun. That being said, the features are not bad but I would not say this is the best camera. That being said, it still a decent baby monitor cameras. My brother has this on the night stand facing the baby. This is not one of those mounting or clip on cameras so be aware of that. The application is not bad and it works for what my brother need it to do which is recording and viewing. There is storage recording but you will need to provide you own micro SD card. The application also does notify me on app when someone walks by due to motion sensor which is nice when you want to know when your baby is awake. It does record and has a nice night light feature. The bunny ears are nice but does not really have any other purpose other than ascetic. The bunny ears are pretty solid. The picture quality is not bad. It has a microphone and you do hear some ambient noise around the room. Also if dust gets on the screen you just see these blotches on your camera especially during the night. It does have night vision and motion sensor for the night light. I actually like the little light feature. You can adjust the camera accordingly but not so much on the controls. The motion sensor will turn it back on or if you access the camera. The screen does not consume too much power and actually last for quite sometimes before needing to recharge. The camera is powered by wall plug. The setup for this is fairly easy. Majority of this setup can easily be done on your phone if needed. You just need to connect it to your wifi network and once that is done you can easily access it through the application be aware though that this device does not support 5 ghz. The night vision is okay but one thing to note is that you need to have this pointing away from walls. If you have it facing a wall the night vision may not work well as it reflects the night vision off the wall causing this BRIGHT reflection. The hand held is nice so you can put it down next to your bed. You can move the camera as needed and adjust everything on this. It will last for several hours and you can have it plugged in as needed. Overall this is a surprisingly good camera. It gives you both the option of using it on your phone or the hand held provided. The hand held and app are very easy to use which is good. It stays connected pretty well.
