Notes on use (purchase)：
- You can communicate with us (HengGL) if you have any questions during use, and we will reply quickly and assist in solving your problem within 5 hours.
- If you can hear music but cannot produce bubbles, the batteries are low, please replace them with brand new batteries! Hundreds of tests have been carried out and this is not a product quality problem. In order to produce better bubbles, We use durable and powerful motors.
- Please mount it on a smooth, flat wall to allow the foam to flow into the bath and prevent the baby from slipping outside.
- It is recommended to add 10-20 ml of body wash or shampoo at a time, stirring to dissolve and use. This will give the best results for use.
- To increase the service life, it is recommended that the bubble machine is left to dry in a dry and ventilated area after use. Batteries should not be left in the battery compartment for long periods of time and should be replaced every three weeks.

I did at first submit a fantastic review that this bath toy was amazing as upon first try, bubbles came out and my 3 year old daughter was really excited laughing that it was fun, (please refer to my first photo) HOWEVER….I’m submitting my review again as when putting more Gel inside the mouth to use again, it now doesn’t want to work. The item is turned on and running but not a single bubble appears so after first use it’s now broke! (please see video) have had this up on the bath for just 5mins and refuses to work after the first use so really disappointed and just wasted a load of gel for nothing! absolutely gutted as my daughter is now upset.

Very disappointing, bad quality. First of all it’s noisy, like very noisy especially in a small room like bathroom, music is way too loud and you can’t adjust the volume or to change the songs. It has only one start/stop button which can turn off the music and that’s it! It requires 4 batteries to work and that makes it even heavier than it already is and the suction cups can’t hold it for long time, it keeps falling. Now imagine what’s gonna happen if those 4 batteries will drop in the bath tub. The container for the bubble mix is small and needs refill every few minutes.

Item arrived quickly and well packaged but no batteries. Had to build it myself without any instructions provided but it was fairly straightforward. My baby loves bath time with this! Absolutely one of his fav things but it broken after a few days so unfortunately did not last long.

My son absolutely loves it but the fact it goes in the bathroom, over the bath its not waterproof? It fell off the wall and into the bath, quickly picked up and dried now not working maybe it should be looked at to be waterproof??

this is not as great as I wanted it to be. the first use was awesome. loads of bubbles, baby boy had great fun. but since then we used it a few times and the it was rather disappointing. the bubble thingy inside the frog has come loose will drop off, occasionally you get bubbles but then it stops again only making loads of noise and no bubble. not worth the money :(Edit 08/09/2020Aftet contacting the customer services they were very on top of things and tried to fix the issue. Unfortunately I think my item was broken so they replaced it with a brand new one and an additional little rocket. Both items work brilliantly and my little one loves bath time now. He loves the bubbles and even sings along with the music 🙂

The Positives:+ With the batteries inserted it is easy to setup+ The bubbles are very good and look like frog spawn running down the side of the bath+ The bubbles pool in the bath creating a nice play effect for our two and a half year old+ When it’s working as it should it’s fantastic!The Negatives:- It requires 3 x AA batteries. We’re using Duracell Optimum batteries (i.e. premium batteries) and even with these they run out quicker than expected (5 to 8 bath times with 2 to 3 minutes of use for each bath)- By the third time of using it, the power button was starting to play up where it doesn’t always power on or off with the first press- The music that accompanies the bubbles doesn’t always come on (although, for myself I prefer it without music)- The batteries are more difficult to insert than they need to be.Despite our negatives we recommend getting it. It just doesn’t live up to the expectations we had prior to buying it… but it is fun once it’s working.

My toddler is obsessed with bubbles so the short time we had this she was so happy, dancing every bath and shouting ‘bubble’. Sadly it only lasted one week before completely breaking and we couldn’t turn it off. I think it wasn’t completely water tight.Be careful when you use it that you don’t let the bubbles get too high and into the electrics.
