The food catcher/pocket part has a good firmness to it – firm enough that it stays sticking out to catch the food (well most of it, my toddler still manages to somehow end up sitting on bits of food 🤷♀️), but not so firm that it’s not able to fold away for putting in changing bags.

Very similar to the Mushie brand but alot cheaper! Quality is great, silicone is sturdy in the pouch section (maybe ever so slightly less rigid compared to Mushie) but im am confident it will catch food just like the Mushie bibs. Happy with purchase
