Not a major problem. But you can only open gate one way. (The other gate we have you can push gate away from you, either going in or out). As previously stated not the best quality but does the job. Only needed when Grandson visits.

It doesn’t fit every size as the gap we had was in the range but it was either too big or too small. Using it on a wide door instead now. Also when on biggest setting it felt very flimsy and we needed it to keep our puppy and toddler away from the front door. When lent on the sections moved apart

It is tricky and to really tighten the gate in place you have to tighten the wall screws quite hard which does lead to a little bowing of the gate, not keen on bottom rail either, potential tripping hazard, all in all it’s not bad does the job, wouldn’t work for climbing kids or large animals in my opinion
